It develops on thirteen floors with important contributions by most of the best interior designers, artists and architects of our time: John Pawson, Christian Liaigre, Zaha Hadid, Norman Foster, Marc Newson, Arata Isozaki, Jean Nouvel and Ron Arad. And what makes the hotel better than any other modern art museum is the fact that you live inside it, among its unique features; luxury accommodations in their finest details allow guests to search for new spaces and forms, to interact with them, to experiment all your senses, touching, watching, breathing and smelling. Each room and suite is different from the others as different are the artists who created them. On the top 13th floors Hotel Puerta America offers to its guests a Fitness Centre, a Spa, a rooftop bar and an original black pool, which reflects the surroundings like a mirror, all designed by Jean Nouvel. Guests can choice between two restaurants, both created by Christian Liaigre. Lagrimas Negras offers traditional Spanish and International cuisine in a cosmopolitan elegant atmosphere. MAD Restaurant is located on the hotel's mezzanine floor and it offers lighter and more economical meals.
